We used to have a twiggy star at the top, but since having 2 daughters, we now have an angel/ fairy. If youngest gets her way, this year it will a unicorn!!
Anybody making unicorn Christmas decs? 
It has always been a star for me…the one we have now is very special if not the most sophisticated, I made it with my son when he was 3 and it is still going 27 years on….
Angels are such fun though, and I have bought a few strange and beautiful ones each year to add to other parts of the tree, but it will always be a star for the top. I love Christmas too.
