Thank you very much, just need to know I am going in the right direction xx

Hi, Iā€™ve just opened on Folksy again. I first had a shop here in the really old days - when Folksy was still in beta. Iā€™ve bought a plus account for my shop and am slowly stocking it. Some of you might know me from Et*y.
The forums have completely changed while Iā€™ve been away so itā€™s going to take me a while to get my head around how it all works.

Welcome back @JustKJewellery - your shop looks great

Hi Folks! Absolute newbie here, in fact so new my items arenā€™t actually ready to be photographed and listed! Iā€™ve been umming and arring about getting some stock together and giving this a go for ages, and finally decided to spend some quality time in the shed and get things rolling. So, what do I do? Well, in the main I make things out of pencils, but have been known to make bigger stuff out of old bikes. Hopefully Iā€™ll be able to stock the shop before next weekend and then onwards and upwards

Hello,

I am Agnes and I am very new to Folksy but already love all different ideas and products that I came across

I am myself using laser cutting and engraving machine to create various products including gifts, artworks and decor. Have a look https://folksy.com/shops/MyDesignStation and let me know what you think. I would be grateful for all comments.

Hello, Iā€™m EllyJules!

You can call me Elly but my friends (and even one of my daughters) call me Jules.
Iā€™ve just revamped my shop on Folksy but Iā€™ve never been on the forum before so a first for me here.
The theme of my shop is Quality with a Conscience and I make textile products using carefully sourced fabrics. I use remnants, recycled fabrics but I especially love using organics and locally sourced wool.
My most recent makes are a collection of wool cushions using wool made in Yorkshire by Abraham Moon. The cushions are appliqued and feature animals wearing hats; I call them Beasties in Bonnets.
Looking forward to chatting with you.

Oh, and I also had some of my cushions photographed by Yeshen Venema at his Wales cottage shoot!

Hi there,

I am Alexandra and I make hand-drawn greeting cards in my home studio in London. Here is a link to my shop and thanks for taking a look! https://folksy.com/shops/studioalex

Hi guys just getting started on folksy with the pirateā€™s thimble, an eclectic mix of hand made gifts and collectibles (or will be when I get around to listing it all) https://folksy.com/shops/thepiratesthimble

Hello everyone  I joined Folksy a month or so ago, and have just got around to using the forum! Iā€™m based in Snowdonia, North Wales, and I make felt art and the occasional crochet item. Iā€™m looking forward to getting more involved with Folksy and Iā€™m sure Iā€™ll be making a few purchases along the way - there are some lovely things on here!

Hi, returning after a long, long absence, I feel I need the more friendly environment of folksy again. I do use another online platform but that feels a little impersonal, so here I am (again)

Hello

My name is SallyAnn, and I have just started my new card shop Cards By SallyAnn. I live in a small market town with my husband in Dereham, Norfolk, which is near Norwich. The cards I sell in my shop are photos I have taken myself. Some I have digitally enhanced with Paint Shop Pro. Others are the original prints. Hope you enjoy looking.

I must admit I am now hooked on Folksy, and have looked at many other shops out there. Itā€™s nice to think there is a place to submit your own work.

Thanks
SallyAnn

Hi I am just starting out on this new adventure. I am not sure where it will take me if any where. But it is the beginning of my exit strategy towards retirement from full time employment.

Hi,

My name is Sharon and Iā€™m new to Folksy, although I set up my Folksy account a little while ago I never really got it off the ground so now Iā€™m back to really give it a go. My shop is called Treetop Art and I do oil paintings, mainly flowers but also landscapes, animals etc. Currently working on a portrait of my daughter which is proving a bit tricky. Any tips or advice on my shop would be great. Loving having a look at everyoneā€™s shops and beautiful items, really great to see so many talented people out there.

Thanks
Sharon
