UPDATE 10am - The website is up and running again now. We really are so sorry for the stress and inconvenience.

9am, Monday 25 Oct - the website is temporarily down while we update a retired feature on Heroku. We hope to have it up and running again very soon.

UPDATE 9.50am: Unfortunately the work is taking longer than we hoped. We really are very sorry and we’re working hard to get it fixed as soon as possible. Huge HUGE apologies. To clarify, this is not work we scheduled, as we wouldn’t plan it for a Monday morning, but we are trying really hard to get a solution in place.

Is there any idea of timescale? The Pedddle Christmas Product Launch is due to start at 10 and it links to my Folksy shop. Thanks

I’m so, so sorry about this Bex. The work was scheduled by Heroku to take place in the middle of the night but US time. We didn’t plan for it to happen this morning and are working as hard as we can to find a fix.

Thank you admin…I thought it was an odd time to schedule maintenance work but sadly all these things are geared to the US…lol…x
