Hi all
Roz @OrchardFelts - my many years of jobs in front facing customer roles has taught me there are a breed of people that instead of excepting they’ve got it wrong, are instead intent on blaming someone else. They have no self awareness and rarely realise how dumb they sound. I’ve read the review and agree entirely with Anita @beaniehats - anyone reading it will see it’s the customer being daft and nothing at all to do with you. Bungee jumping is just the sort of thing my husband used to do - he’s been sky diving twice and actually tripped and fell out of the plane, rather than the more traditional method of exit 
Luckily he’s too old and knackered (although not more sensible) to try anything like this again

Good morning Artisans, yay happy dancing for your sale Patricia. That’s sad Roz @OrchardFelts, if you don’t respond I think you can ask E##y to take it down especially given she says she didn’t read it, thugh it won’t take away the bad feelings left.
Just one more day in work, then off to London to buy beads and probably more tools ;), just a tad excited now my new supplies, bench peg and saw blades arrived yesterday and I can’t wait until next Tuesday to actually start classes and hone my technical skills in silversmithing
