Not sure I have any tips for a nervy tummy, something I suffer with a lot. If all else fails I always, hot water bottle. Any reasons for the nerves Carol?
Lovely sequin heart Sue @bramleycards
Loving you hearts and flowers Carol.
Hope you are ok Carol @cariadcrafts11 have you tried massage tummy in a circle clockwise with lavender oil?
Thank you Tina @DaisyWings love those daffodils.
Thank you for your tips Tina @DaisyWings and @bramleycards. I do keep tum warm and I will try the massage with lavender oil later, thank you. I am suffering from this since I was diagnosed with ovarian cancer, 5 years ago. GP said it was caused by severe shock trauma. I am in remission now and honestly thought all this would have finished, but as always the brain has different ideas, so if/when I get tummy ache, bad thoughts arrive. Grrrrr I am just glad to be alive and loving my crafting and all the very kind Folksy buddies.
So pleased to hear you’re in remission now Carol. I’m sure must have been to through such a scary and difficult time. I’m not surprised that feeling any tummy aches and pain’s would bring on bad thoughts and as you say it’s lovely that you’re enjoying your crafting. I’ve got a few health issues, one of which has given me joint pains, one my chest and while investigating this they found I had a heart condition (which is something you can easily live with) but every time I have any pains or twinges I always have a moment.
Unbelievable the sun has just popped out after rain all morning. Even the blue sky!!! Hope everyone has a little bit of it too.
Thanks for your thoughts. Tina, I think it is only when you experience something similar you can understand how it affects you. I did try Susan’s suggestion of the lavender oil in clockwise massage and it was lovely, and I do think it helped. I feel back to normal today, so onwards and upwards.
