# Combined postage

How do I refund postage for combined orders? Thanks

You need to go to the dashboard for the appropriate payment service ie paypal or stripe and issue a partial refund from there. If you select the relevant payment from the list on your dashboard it should bring up a transaction details page, scroll down about half way and there is a blue ‘issue refund’ link - click on this and it brings up a new page where you can enter the refund amount and a note to the buyer. Click on continue to confirm the refund.
