Sorry you had a disappointing fair, Susie @Susieshackletontextiles I used to do loads of fairs when we lived down in Devon, but eventually got really demoralised by them. Maybe one in three was good. Now I only sell online, and that suits me for now. Fingers crossed that your next one is a good one.

Lorraine @TheVelveteenCat you’ll just get used to the peace and they’ll be back for Christmas! I’m getting slightly better at adjusting to mine coming and going but I still hate it when they go.
Pickings were fairly lean at the car boot this morning. I thought I’d found a lovely coat, almost new, but when I got it home it was a bit small so that’s gone on v**ted. Always fun to go out on the hunt though.

Afternoon all.
Spent the morning doing a second coat of varnish on daughter’s bedroom floor, hopefully that will be enough. It is the first room in her house where the building work is completed. Next is the kitchen that is under it.

Well we’re finally set up, it only took 2 and a half hours which is a record! There was a slight problem with the divorce in a bag, it’s an air awning and David was pumping it up when there was a loud pop and one of the struts had burst….we now have a wonky awning but at least it’s up! It’s beautiful here, so peaceful and there’s only 2 other vans here. Here’s my current view

My item I’m posting today I originally made just for my daughter and had no plans to make anymore but my daughter absolutely loved it and said Mama there are other Mama’s would love to give this to their daughters so with her blessing here we are. Its also one of my favourite shadow boxes I’ve done.

Hi everyone – don’t worry – not listing again tonight – just wanted to say thank you 
for all of your hugs and well wishes over the loss of Zara (can’t tag you all – there are too many to tag). She would have been 14 in December, but it just wasn’t meant to be. It’ll be some time before we get another dog, maybe even as long as a year.
I don’t have many photos of my princess on my laptop (which is what I use for this forum), as most of my pics are on my phone or various social medias. But here is one of us from a couple years back taken at the Lake District.
I’m keeping her Instagram active, mostly as I still have many photos and videos that I never got around to posting.
