Disabled email addresses used when ordering

Just wondering whether this problem is affecting anyone else.

I sell pdf patterns which I email to customers after they have ordered. There is no facility ithin the Folksy system for this to be automated.

Recently when I have emailed the files out I have had a message saying that my email system can not email the files as the email account has been disabled. This has happened a few times recently.

I don’t see why I should be out of pocket, as far as I’m aware I shouldn’t cancel the order as I’ve sent the order out. No one has complained they haven’t had the order yet.

Is this happening to others? I’d hate for someone to complain and think that myself or Folksy are to blame
