I need some help. I am not making last 2 months sales, and I feel it is better for me to go from plus to basic account. I was wondering what happens if I am going from Plus seller account to Basic one? Do I loose listings I added while I was as Plus Seller? Thank you!
I often drop back to the basic account while I get items ready and then switch back up when I want to start listing again and have always found it very straightforward. All your items will remain, although the extra photos you are allowed as a plus seller won’t be visible.
You may find that your plus account runs for a little while after you cancel it depending on when you first paid and when you cancel. And don’t forget to use your plus account to relist all your items before you cancel. Your shop is very pretty, I hope you get more sales soon xxx

A listing lasts for 4 months (unless you sell it before then!)
