Does Folksy assist in complaints?

Hi all… I’ve ordered an item through a seller (9th August) and they quoted next day dispatch. The item still hasn’t arrived and is not marked as dispatched.

I’ve emailed the seller and also opened a Paypal dispute but wondered if Folksy has a channel to report a seller?

If you go to the home page, there is a ‘contact us’ to click on at the bottom of the page. There is information about raising a support ticket, or emailing them directly.
