Hiya all
Hope all is well as I haven’t read through today’s lovelies yet.
However just seen all the sad faces and spotted Rachel’s post
@greenwoodmakes ah I feel for you Rachel, it’s awful we had to do that to our yorkie back in 2000 he developed some type of brain Tumor and he was unsteady on his legs, he went all scrawny looking and it was clear to see he didn’t know who we were, he barked constantly, he was incontinent he just used to do his business where ever or what ever he was doing, even if he was trying to walk around he carried on!
We had to wash him and use absorbent baby mats, what you use for changing babies, I think when travelling. Cameron wasn’t even two at the time and it was like having another baby, it was stressful,exhausting and upsetting and we had to make the dreaded decision,we felt so guilty but new it was the only option as he wouldn’t of got better. I still have is casket with his ashes and his leader still with a knot of his coat on as it used to get tangled in the chain. Can’t part with them.
You look after yourself as they are a huge part of your life and so my thoughts are with you xxxx
