Last share from me for a few days. Need to get some more bits and bobs listed. Here is an alpaca wrap scarf - handspun, hand dyed and hand knit.
Not too sure yet, the background is quite stained so it needs a refresh and I wondered if it might make a cushion…. Will see where it goes. Haven’t spotted any makers marks. I remember Sarah Kay too - another blast from the past!
Faved to here…
Morning all, love Holly Hobby, Mel. Have loads of designs on the computer for the embroidery machine of HH. Must take another look. The fabric could be quite fragile for a cushion, you could always cover with an organza to protect it, doubt would be washable though. Good luck and looking forward to see what you create.
No new creation forum me but a pack of 103 a4 pages of Gorjuss papers, decoupage, tags etc. the start of my decluttering
Good morning.
Foot appears better but a full day of work may say otherwise.
Today my listing is a set of 3 Christmas Cards
Good morning, happy dancing for your sales Stacey @staceybusuttilharris Jackie @JackieMarshArt Sue @SueTrevor Anna @Fififoxi Wendy @CraftyNature and there was one for me too
Hope you are okay Hilary @kokoblue
Back to work today so I’ll be back this evening, have a good day all xx
Good morning. Nothing exciting to report here. Managed to force myself out of the door yesterday morning for a run - didn’t go far but every little counts
Went for a walk in the afternoon to collect some acorn caps - we have quite a few oak trees nearby but there were only 2 very young ones that seem to have produced any acorns this year. However, they had excelled themselves and provided plenty for my needs.
Remember Holly Hobby well - we were all obsessed!!
Think I am down to my last new listing for now so I may have to move onto relists for a while after today.
Morning
Look forward to seeing what you find in your embroidery patterns Caroline @Caroleecrafts -you could well be right about the fabric being a bit fragile - I’d imagine it’s been behind glass a long time - it might all turn to dust. Would you use a really fine organza to cover it? Would you still see through it ok?
Hope your foot doesn’t give you too much trouble @ButterflyThistleCreativeCrafts
Here’s mine for today
Good morning all I’m all caught up to here and here is mine for today. Sending woolly hugs to all who need one especially Hilary @kokoblue
Congrats to everyone with sales and fingers crossed for a busy day today

Morning all. Wet here this morning.
Well done all those with sales.
Hope all the poorly folk are on the mend.
Have a friend and her greyhound Bubbles coming for coffee and cookies this morning.
A pretty linen tote bag from me today
Morning all,
Hope you’re okay Hilary @kokoblue xx
Thank you for the lovely feedback Mel @aquilacrafts
Morning All. Torrential rain today. Not sure where my umbrella is! I have now listed all items in my shop once so there are going to be a lot of relists from me. Here is the first. Have a great day.
Hello All. Our wee place is in chaos today as we’re having a garage built. Nothing fancy but there’s a lot of carry on nonetheless Hopefully all will be well at the end of the day
I have a landscape today.
I would use a conservation grade organza over the face and other areas. That way you can still see the detail but would preserve any fabric that is fragile. Used to get mine for the Royal Needlework School at Hampton Court.
Thank you all for your kind words and virtual hugs. I really feel amongst friends here .
So what’s happened is I spoke to my sister yesterday and she’s been getting progressively more unwell and went to the GP thinking she had a virus. He did some investigations and they now suspect she has an uncommon form of cancer and it’s the same one that my dad passed away from 21 years ago. It’s been such a shock.
I’m keeping everything crossed that it’s something else but not hopeful.
I may or may not be popping back over the next few days.
Hilary x
Hugs Hilary, do hope your sister can get some answers, hugs xxx
