Good Evening everyone 
Sarah @SarahDesignsUK, how frustrating 
Iāve had a few customers lately that have had trouble paying and one yesterday that tried to pay by card but she couldnāt (donāt know why) but on my orders it said that she had paid by alternative method but she hadnāt actually paid (so I ended up sending her a paypal invoice) Like you say - it just eats into your time having to, in my case, go backwards and forwards communicating by e-mail to try and reach a resolution. I always thank those customers for their perseverance - I know that unless I really, really wanted the item (if I was the customer) I would probably have given up!

My stall at the local business Christmas fair today was OK but much quieter than previous years by all accounts.
Iāve found that with a lot of events this year - I do think many people are really having to cut back on non-essential items. Letās hope the situation improves for them, and also for us
Iām sorry, Iām not getting any time to get photos and add new listings at the moment, so again I am relying on a re-list

Good morning, yay happy dancing for sales Natalie, Sarah and Deborah 
My voice has gone! I thinks itās probably Laryngitis which I have had 3 times before so iāll probably not be doing the fair tomorrow, last time I this it lasted almost a week, other than my throat the rest of the symptoms have eased so hopefully Iāll be able to manage other than the fair 
, though this mornings senior managers meeting should be fun
