Thanks to everyone for the fishy bag love. I’m currently using the laptop while sitting with a bag of frozen peas on my shoulder. I did something a couple of days ago and the pain in my shoulder was excruciating. Since then the pain has returned to how it was before my cortisone injection. I didn’t realise quite how much relief that injection had given me until now!
My new listing today is a bit of wistful longing for summer days. All loved and pinned to here.

Sorry for absence yesterday , manic few days with the bakes !! I was pleasantly surprised at the amount of people that decided to brave the shocking weather and shop in Tavistock !
I’ve marzipanned the last 18 Christmas cakes this morning , yay!!! light at end of tunnel now ha !!!

Today’s listing
Yesterday’s workshop was lovely and relaxed. The students who are all very talented at sewing but not necessarily in free motion sewing produced some lovely work. I think everyone was exhausted after an afternoon of sewing and chatting, and one had a two hour drive back home! We were so cocooned in our warm little room, we had no idea the weather had changed to being dark and very wet outside!
I didn’t get back yesterday, I have an enormous amount of catching up to do

34 shops have now had at least 1 sale this month.
DotteryPottery, Deborah Jones, Max Pring and Jennies Gems remain in the Folksy best sellers list and have been joined by Caroline Frodsham.
Last December there were 590 sales on this thread. I am pleased to say that we have now reached that target and we are only half way through the month. Over 300 sales have been achieved by Sarah @DotteryPottery who must have worked really hard to make all those items and make all those sales. Well done Sarah.

Son is coming home from Uni today and I feel a bit upset that I haven’t managed to clean the house so we can put up the decorations this afternoon. I don’t want to put them up whilst there is loads of mess around! If I have another year like this one…I’ll have to employ someone to do my packaging…the other day I packaged for 10 hours straight! I’ve had an order to America overnight…I must check to see if it has any chance of getting there before Christmas!

Just back from London, now in gallery doing an afternoon shift as it is open today due to the town Christmas market being on.
Had a lovely time in London - got absolutely drenched while out shopping yesterday but managed to get all my Christmas shopping done except for a few stocking fillers … and I ate far too much!
I think Sarah @thedotterypotter should do a course in online promotion for us all - you certainly seem to have got it worked out!
And a sale to report, Max @MaxPringJewellery - just come in as I was catching up

However very cheered up with 14 sales… can you believe 
. 6 of which are going to Australia (which won’t get there for Christmas )
I am flabbergasted ; was thinking I would have to do housework today but sitting here surrounded by bits and pieces needing packaging ready to post ; so cleaning on hold again
