I accidentally copied a listing which had personalisation added then edited it to create a similar listing but forgot to delete the personalisation option for the new item. I have gone in to edit the item but cannot find any way now the item has been listed for sale to delete the personalisation option. I know I could just list the item again from scratch but this item has been listed in gift guides and then that would no longer link to my item. Is there any way I can edit the personalisation option in my listing and delete it? Hope somebody can help.
Was the personalisation specified via a variations text box? if so you would need to go to the ‘add/ edit variations’ tab (if you are looking at the listing in your shop it will be on the right hand side under the ‘edit this listing’ bit) and delete the variation.
