Sorry, not sure what you mean! Your dashboard will show when you make a sale, and you will get an email too. Your number of sales will be on your dashboard too.
If you check the Best Seller list on the front page you can often work out how much you need to sell, ££ wise over 7 days to get on there. At times you can be at number 30 with only £65. which will give you an idea that sales are not exactly thriving for most sellers. To assist you you have to check the shop’s sold page and then work out which they most likely sold in the last 7 days. If no price is shown then whatever it was has now been archived so very unlilely to have been sold in the last 7 days.
In April is unlikely that anything labelled Christmas has just sold etc, same for Halloween things in December.
Not always possible to tell but makes an interesting exercise trying to find a definite figure for one particular shop and you can then work out the most probable recent sales for those above and below. It’s almost as satisfying a game as my nightly Wordle ![]()
Clues to make the game more interesting.
Start at the bottom.
Ignore shops with lots of sales. Easiest are those with a low number.
Check no 38 only one sale. Easy peasy

Ah, I get what you mean now! Level of sales as in over the whole site for all shops, not just for your own shop!
Joy has given some interesting thoughts on stats from the best sellers list, but it must be remembered that the list is based on revenue not number of sales. So a shop with high end prices may get on to the best sellers list by only making one or two sales, whereas a shop selling, say, cards at £2 each may be making lots of sales and be considered to be doing really well but not ever make the list. For an idea of number of sales have a look at the Daily Listing Challenge thread. At the beginning are the number of sales each shop taking part makes in that month. The first page, after the instructions, lists the number of sales for previous months too. I know this isnt necessarily a fair sample of shops but it might help give you an idea. Just a thought!
Hi everyone! Just added this cute framed acrylic painting to my shop.
