So… I have been selling on Folksy since it started, and last week I made my first purchase from another seller. I was really excited, but I’ve not received my item and I can’t remember which shop I bought it from, so I can’t contact the seller. How do I view details of my purchase (ie if it’s been dispatched) - if I go into my account it only shows info about my own listings/sales. How can I view info as a buyer?
Hi, Natalie, if you go to your account, you can scroll down to Purchases on the left hand side (viewed on a computer, don’t know about phones 
) You should have received an acknowledgement on purchase, and you’ll receive a message when it’s despatched.
