So yesterday, I decided to do a stock take…
all went well but I have a puzzle.
On my dashboard, it says that I have 547 active listings.
If I click on the listings thread (on my dashboard) , it says I have 371 live listings
erm???
and no hidden or draft items…I checked.
I’ve found they never add up.
On my dashboard I have 158 active listings
If I click on ‘for sale’ I have 133
My count in my shop I have 133
I do have 19 hidden and 2 drafts but 133 (active) + 19 (hidden) is 152, + 2 (draft) is 154 so I don’t know where the 158 comes from.
I know and if I count the items on my pages, I can make it 371 but it still isn’t 547…lol
Not that it matters but still
Out of stock but not expired listings count as active - how many out of stock items do you have?

I have 25 out of stock ‘active’ listings. Add that to the 133 ‘for sale’ and there’s my 158. Seems strange my 25 out of stock would be counted but not the 19 hidden that still haven’t expired.
