I am Bi from Bi’s Handmade Hair Accessories and this is the first time I have used this. I just upload my handmade hair accessories. I found it not so easy to use this platform. How do you know how many peoples views your products? How do you know you sold your items ?

Hi Bi, welcome to Folksy! If you go to shop stats in the menu then it will show you each day how many visits you’ve had to your shop and which items have been viewed. You can find most things clicking on dashboard. You will get an email if you sell anything and it will also show in your orders. Jayne.
“Shop activity” in your dashboard will also show you if anyone has “liked” any of your items.x

Jayne has pretty much covered it off. Take some time to go through ‘your account’ and familiarise yourself with all the various sections and if there’s anything else you’re not sure of, pop it here in the ‘Shop talk’. Everyone here is so friendly and helpful, you’ll not be stuck for advice.
