Is there a glitch I don't know about?

Hi guys, I’ve recently had to cancel two orders due to non-payment. And today a lady has contacted me saying that she added something to her basket, and it says her basket is empty so she cannot proceed to checkout. I was just wondering if anyone else was having any problems. Not sure if they are connected issues or not. thanks.

Hope you’re all getting busy for Christmas - my shop has got really busy this last week or two. Hope it’s the same for you guys too :smiley:

For the empty basket issue… It could be that your buyer has cookies disabled on their computer. Shopping baskets work via cookies so they need to be turned on for it to register the order,
