Gillian…go to your shop…select the item that you want to show…then go to the blue bar at the top of that page and select it and copy it…then come back here…click the reply box and copy the code (URL) into the box ,…it should show your item
There are lots of different ways to do it, depending on what device you are using, so if you tell us, then one of us will help you x
Thank you so much Iwona
@iwonakozielglass
Mel @aquilacrafts huge congratulations to your son ![]()
On todays walk in the woods we captured a Hawfinch on the merlin app. I’ve never heard of a Hawfinch! Anyway, they appear to be on the red list as there are only 500-1000 breeding pairs in the uk. Although there are more which aren’t breeding. I’d better keep my birdwatching seat a secret, otherwise it’ll fill up with birdwatchers. It’s so quiet up there at the moment whilst the schools haven’t broken up.
Late to the party today and just a relist to share, I will have to photo some more items over the weekend.
Welcome to all the newbies, it is a lot to manage - I don’t always post everyday and sometimes I have to skim through all the chat in order to take part but on the whole the info and support make it worth it and many of us make a point of buying from eachother when a gift or item is needed.
Hi all, I’m sorry but I’ve decided that this isn’t for me. I can see how it massively boosts your views and likes and I know that visibility is key with Folksy… However it feels hollow when people have “liked” my work just because they have to rather than me being able to see which items are actually proving popular. Equally I don’t like the concept of being forced into “liking” something that you don’t genuinely appreciate just to fulfill the rules of a challenge. If it works for you all and you are supportive of each other’s work then that’s fair enough. On the plus side it’s given me the nudge to keep listing new items regularly and to work on improving my shop and making new things. I’ll continue to support other makers by doing folksy Friday posts etc instead.
Decided to just do a relist for my item of the day. I opted for only a short nap this afternoon, which turned out to be the wrong choice and now my brain is mashed potatoes.
I’m having a product description writing day tomorrow because hubby is doing an extra day at work, and putting that in here to keep myself accountable. Getting the next batch of photos done on Sunday, which should include a few Suncatchers, annoyingly too late for today’s theme of the day.
I’ve just had my first sale in July
@SusanBettyArt
Congratulations ![]()
Fair enough Jayne @beyondthefielddesigns …thank you for letting us know. The challenge thread isn’t for everyone. To many of us though, it’s more than just liking an item. We share support, laughs and info along the way. Anyway, best wishes to you going forward.
Hi Susan @SusanBettyArt thank you for hosting this month but after today I have decided to step away from the thread and thought I should let you know.
Thanks to everyone that has shown me support x
