I have just listed a necklace in my shop. However, when I tried to drag and drop it into it’s new order in shopkeeping, it said it was unable to complete the task. Now my listing has disappeared from my account. I have tried to follow the link I posted to it on social media, and get the listing with ‘Sorry! This item is unavailable’ banner at the top. I’ve looked under my hidden and expired listings but can’t find it there either. Can someone please help me.

Are you managing to post OK? I made a sale this morning, so happy and as luck would have it, am going for my shopping this afternoon, so can drop in post box. The really nice thing is knowing that there are still people out there, wanting to buy.
I wish I could, but it’s one of those pieces that I could only make one of! I have to go out today anyway for some essentials, but I’m not sure if my local post office is open. I tried checking online, but it seems the Royal Mail site is down. This is the second sale in two days so hopefully it continues!

Royal Mail is working but there may be delays in some areas, though I posted a parcel first class from Cornwall to London on Friday and it arrived this morning, so it’s still looking quite reliable. Royal Mail depots restricting public access to between 7 and 9am.
Main Post Offices are closing at 3pm every day but are otherwise open. Sub Post Offices, it’s up to individual postmaster/postmistress.
