thanks Margaret, it is my favourites of Indigo and gamboge hue…
sorry to hear about your dad, I hope the shock wasn’t too much for him and that he is now recovered.
Morning all
That is very pretty Brenda as is your beach Stephie.
Hope Dad is OK Margaret.
My Dad popped in yesterday to help Adrian with a DIY issue we had and was a two “man”" job and he bought me a present, he found 4 easels in a charity shop, they are big metal ones I haven’t seen anything like them anywhere. They are prefect for my panels and for showing off my “wall displays” at the mini fairs - I’m really chuffed
Morning all…lovely work Hazel and nice easels
Hubby is not well again, so if I am missing, I am sure you will understand.
afternoon all, hope hubs gets better soon Brenda and that your Dad’s okay Margaret. I just can’t seem to shake this bug, been coughing and coughing totally exhausted myself and my ribs ache
They are lovely Hazel, very stylish
hope everyone gets well soon…
Dad seems fine today thanks, hopefully it was a one off incident.
Hope your hubby is better soon Brenda, and that you manage to shake off that cold/cough Max.
Your new easels sound great Hazel
I’ve had a good day, enjoyed watching the F1, and was able to watch a kingfisher for a while on my afternoon walk down the river. I’ve only ever seen them as a blue flash as they fly away, but this one was perched on one of the locks for a while and I could observe him from the front before he flew away. I was quite excited about it!
wow Margaret I would love to have seen that, I’ve never even spotted one. Think I’m staying home today cough is really taking it out of me, had a dreadful night, this will be the first day I have had off sick in about 10 years! I’ll pop to the chemist later on see if they have anything I can take, I’m a terrible patient!!
glad your Dad is okay too Margaret.
I sold 3 ACEO on the bay yeterday, so I have added a few larger ones this week, see how they go
Just listed this ink art pendant, the purple one sold yesterday
morning Max, hope you feel better soon.
Lovely pendant…very pretty.
Just listed this one…
.
Lovely pendant Max, do take care of yourself, that cough sounds really nasty.
Gorgeous poppies Brenda.
Hope everyone has a good day, will pop in later!
Golly that’s beautiful Max, I really love it!! The photography is stunning too.
Very pretty poppies Brenda.
Waving Margaret!
Where is everyone today? Busy rather than poorly I hope. I’ve been completing a pet portrait this morning, followed by more on the tryptich this afternoon. I have permission to show progress, so when I get a moment to breathe I’ll add some photos to fb and here. TBH I could do with a nap! Ah well, off into the kitchen I go…
I have been painting…just 3 aceos for my stock. I have over 50 waiting to be listed…
waving…
Morning, thank you for the pendant love, chest feels a little less tight today and I had a better nights sleep only woke once coughing, hopefully another day or two will see it off! I make a rubbish patient lol! I may sneak in some art journalling today seeing as I’m at home, feels very odd being off sick, not had any time off in years.
lovely flowers Brenda
Morning Max…time for you to chill out and get better. You work too hard !!! Journalling sounds good…I am making slow progress with mine but getting there…
Ice on the car but blue skies out there…one day nearer to Spring.
Glad to hear you’re a little better Max.
I keep thinking about spring too Brenda, though the garden is still looking pretty good for late November. First frost last night though, hope everything survived!
Morning Margaret. It must have been cold last night, because for the first time in ages the badgers were late coming up for their supper…and there is still some food left on the patio, which is very unusual.
Afternoon gang
Wow Brenda what a lot of stock waiting to be listed! I have a few, maybe 10 or so. Lucky you having badgers - our garden is fully enclosed so the only visitors we have are the birds, and they don’t come often.
Max stay warm, drink lots of hot chocolate mmmmm we discovered alpro coconut milk with rice to thicken it - makees the most yummy hot choc
Margaret the gardens are astonishingly pretty still aren’t they? I still have a rose and carnations in bloom.
I’ve been busy on the triptych today, I’m 11 hours in and it’s going reasonably well. It’s a real challenge as the ref photos are in daylight but I’m turning them into a sunset. I also have a couple of reds that they want in there to match their kitchen tiles. It’s going into a the dining end of an open plan kitchen diner.
Does everyone have access to facebook? It’ll be easier for me if I only post the blurb once! If not, shout up, I can cut and paste into here quite easily. Click on the pic to read more about it…
Good luck with that Stephie…quite a challenge…
I must have about 200 paintings in the house…that is counted the ones waiting to be listed and the ones listed here and there and everywhere else…better get painting…I need more stock…lol
Morning all…still dark outside. Hope you are feeling better today Max…back later
Morning, waving hit to everyone. I had a good sleep last night so feel better rested, still coughing though :(, but not so bad as the beginning of the week.
I did some journalling yesterday, not quite finished yet as the glue had to dry, maybe able to finish it today
That’s lovely Max, glad you had a better night.
Waving all!
