Well Violet, you have managed to post in the forum even though you found it tricky at first, so you just carry on like that, take one thing at a time and gradually it all slots into place. You probably won’t get everything right at first but it really doesn’t matter. I have been here at least nine years, and there are still things I don’t understand or do quite right, (I’m a bit of an oldie who doesn’t even use a mobile phone) but I get along OK, sell quite a bit and love being part of Folksy.
We are all here to help if you get stuck and it’s good for us all when newbies ask questions because we all learn from each other and support each other.
Good luck with your shop, let us know when you have started to list your items. xxx

Welcome Violet, looking forward to seeing your shop. Folky is a lovely place to sell and also buy from.
Everyone is so helpful, and there is always someone who knows to answer to things.
