Hello! My name is Wendy and I’ve recently reopened my shop which I’m ashamed to say has been closed for several years. Life has been busy as I co-founded a stiched textile group, which exhibits regularly once or twice a year and I’ve also been involved with other events and craft fairs. However with Covid-19 and all the restrictions it has brought, everything has ground to a halt. So I decided to re open my Folksy shop with a new name, now called Hobbsy, and introduce some of my textile art and other craft items that I enjoy making.
I have started by adding a range of zipped pouches/bags and I will be adding a variety of other items shortly. I use my own designs and I’m a great believer in not wasting anything so many of my items are made from vintage, repurposed or remnant fabrics. There have been a lot of changes to Folksy since I was last here so I hope I’m getting it right; perhaps some of you will take a look as any feedback would be much appreciated. I’m pleased to be back - just need a sale or two now!!
hi Wendy, welcome back. I clicked your shop name and it took me to folksy favourites… very odd… This url is your old shop name so I presume it couldn’t find it so took me where it could
It did the same for me too
Oh dear, I don’t know why that’s happening. Just checked the url and it says https://folksy.com/shops/hobbsy
You’ve been taken to my previous shop name somehow - not sure what I do about it?? I suppose contact admin.
Thank you for looking and replying.
Thank you for looking and replying. I’ll have to sort it out somehow!
Hi, I think Folksy Support have sorted the problem so I was wondering if you’d be kind enough to try again for me.
many thanks
Wendy

Hello Wendy and Welcome back!
The link is definitely working now, I’ve tried it too.

Mine is not a proper business, you can tell by the few items I have listed.
But I like painting on clothes & bags as a hobby. Some I do for family and friends, and some I do out of inspiration.
See you around!
