# Papal not working today

Had a customer who would have been my first buyer could not complete the transaction on PayPal. She tried 3 times no success. I had to direct her to the item on Ebay.  
Not impressed with it so far. Who do I address this problem to on Folksy.

I have sorted buisness PayPal account but still it wont accept a payment from a buyer.

I must apologise for not replying to you. We’ve had an illness and now sorted plus I am only just getting use to this site.  
I am sorted now as it was a fault of mine with a mistake in my email.
