Yes they do.
I believe anything electrical that is used in a public place (or workplace with other members of the public) has to be PAT tested.
Anything that plugs in to the mains has to be PAT tested if it is in a place where PAT testing is necessary (in my case a school).
Even the Christmas lights or radio I use in my classroom have been tested…
