Hi, I was just browsing for gifts and the first page of results have huge photos. I’m sure Folksy must know but I thought I’d better mention this as they are really too large and not showing a nice selection as they usually do. They are usually like the home screen size but just 2 large photos per row? Hope that makes sense. Anyone else seeing this, I am having broadband issues so maybe it is my computer? Not sure who to contact about this or whether I should?

I agree it is very disturbing to the vision. I did a random search of brooch and then choose one of the brooches to get to its shop front.
My eyes are upset by the higgledy piggeldy arrangement on the search page and its tricky focusing on anything in particular. . 
Back on a home screen they settle down again.

Eyes, like all natural things, prefer symmetry.
The number of images per row depends on the orientation of the device you are on - if i have my tablet portrait i get 2 images per row, if i rotate to landscape it changes to 4 per row. I believe it was optimised for phone screens (which tend to be smaller) so it could look a bit big on a tablet (but only if its portrait orientation).
Everything looks absolutely fine on my phone… nothing different than usual. Do you have a screenshot of what you’re seeing as it might be different. X

I’m using a laptop. If I go through the selections ie- cards and stationary, then cards, shop all - it is 4 photos across. Which is the usual.
If I just type in birthday card in the search bar, then it is 2 large photos across. This is probably an error as it usually adjusts when using a laptop. It is the same as the phone but on the Laptop they are rather large and it reduces the number of item being seen on a page, so I think it is an error
It’s basically the same as on the phone, just a whole lot larger!
That is not the issue really. It’s the fact that in Search the sizes vary and it manages to spread 4 across the entire screen whereas in shop view there is a border and that are all a neat size. I am obviously on my laptop and has the maximum per line of 4.
I just made my laptop 175% display and ended up with just 2 across… Can you check your display size. ?
Having said that even at 175% it still shows 4 across in shop front mode obviously all a bit bigger but 4 nonetheless and only 2 in search.
Must now put my screen back to 100%
I have noticed on the iPad some images are normal others huge. On the iMac all are fine and as they should be. Checked the sizing normal.
I just checked the search ‘birthday card’ on my Chromebook and everything looked fine - although very briefly it looked like it was only going to display two large images and then corrected itself very quickly. Maybe let Folksy know if it continues or if it bothers you.
It’s still the same and I’m sure it is an error. I am on my laptop, screen size is 100% and it is only when I type something into the search box. ie- silver earrings. It shows 2 photos per row and they are large, and honestly it is off putting when looking for something. I’m sure it could bother potential buyers which is something nobody wants in the lead up to Christmas. Is it still Doug that I need to contact for IT issues?
