Thanks Kirsty! That Pimp your Pinterest course was a great help. Now I need to do the same to Facepalm and IG

Life can be like that. Here’s your two minute overview of the course

  • check Pinterest for search terms relating to your item/ idea and use some of these in the title, description or on the image of your pin
  • you can pin the same link up to five times, not more than once a week and they should go to different boards
  • use the same photo in Canva to create different designs in a Pinterest optimised format. Maybe zoomed in, or different words on it. It saves a stack of time
  • use a scheduler to regularly post pins (I use later.com)

Hope this helps x

Thank you so much! That is so helpful. I will need to think about how to organise my boards better if I am going to pin the same thing to 5 different places… but I can definitely start playing in Canva and tweaking designs.

I really appreciate you taking the time to share this, thank you.

Kx

Happy to share!
I think I ended up with about 15 boards. One more thing; use idea pins as well.

A wonderful quilt from @KirstyMacdonaldQuilts

(Hmm, don’t know why the description looks peculiar - click on it and it’s definitely your pin!)

How bizarre!

Morning All,

Hope everyone is having a good day so far! I’ve had the descriptions look weird when copied in the past Helen @HelenCliffordArt & found that if I re-copied the link it worked the 2nd time :woman_shrugging:

I’ve repinned this lovely Doll to my Whimsical Images board,
