Hope someone can help please. I have just been lucky enough to have 2 of my Oil Paintings bought and the buyer was very pleased with them. Unfortunately they can’t find a way to give me review on my shop. I thought she must have been mistaken but I have just bought a pen from a Folksy shop @testwoodwoodcraft Very nice, but unable to give him a review. Any help would be appreciated :art:

Hi Steve,
If they’re signed into Folksy they should be able to leave a review straight away. If they checked out as a guest Folksy will send them a link to leave a review after about a week.

Thank you. I’ll keep my eyes open for email. I thought I was signed in when I purchased the pen though :nauseated_face: however, we’ll see what happens :+1::art:

You can check from your Dashboard under Activity and then Purchases or Reviews.

Nothing there, so I can’t have been signed in, Senior moment then :rofl:

My customer eventually was able to submit a review. Im still waiting for my email to review my purchase from @testwoodwoodcraft though.
