Hello - the last couple of orders I’ve had have generated 2 duplicate orders in RM Click & Drop - is this happening across the board or is it just something funny with these 2 orders? I have checked and each customer had definitely only ordered once! ---

I had this happen once in the run up to Christmas but subsequent orders have been ok. ---

I had that actually in quite a lot of orders leading up to Christmas! I’ll ask around the team tomorrow if they think it’s a Folksy problem or a Royal mail problem and get back to you. ---
