I have an order for a digital download from South Africa, but the buyer is unable to pay and complete the transaction. I only sell within the UK but as it is a download I will be emailing her the sewing pattern. Is there anyway round this? I’m not ready to open up my shop internationally.
The issue is arising because the system is checking her shipping address against the places that item ships to and is finding that you don’t ship to South Africa. If you set the shipping costs to 0 for every where on your digital items only then international buyers would be able to buy them but not the other items in your shop.

Send her a PayPal invoice, when paid you can email the digital file

Thank you Caroline, I’ve set the postage to 0 for international now so that should fix it.
