Celebrating my first Folksy sale this month and my business’ 3rd birthday on 4th April! Relatively new to Folksy, although ive watched it for a while. Do you find that ready made crafts or made-to-order crafts sell better for you? Just trying to get a feel for how best to stock my shop!
Yay !!! reached 100 sales late last night and actually on 101, thank you to all my lovely customers who include quite a few fellow Folksy sellers and several repeats, humbling that so many people appreciate my work. xx
I’ve just sold two blankets! They’re only my 18th sale on here but I’m very pleased! The buyer also happened to be the lovely lady that designed my logo (Cate Darcy) who I would definitely recommend!
I always give myself a little high five when I get featured on a Folksy favourites list. Featured a few times now and always get excited about it.
On my 17th sale too…want the 20th soon though!
A small High Five but I made it to 40 sales over the weekend x
I have been interviewed as Quilter of The Week on Ello.co’s @elloquilt thread:-
I’ve just posted off the largest and most expensive piece I’ve sold through Folksy so far. I’ll be sad to see it go as it’s a really dramatic piece, and very me, but have some ideas for an even larger, brighter version and can now get started guilt free.
My ‘high five’ is that although I only opened my Folksy shop on 30th March I got my first sale 2 days later I’m absolutely delighted, thank you Folksy and a huge thank you also to the lovely lady that bought my cushion x
That’s very cool - so many views, will definitely be adding this accolade to our high fives in the next newsletter
Thank you, Hilary
My ‘high five’ is that I’ve been featured on a Folksy favourites list…and I’ve made it to 7 sales!
Thats great news!
My high five is that I rarely manage to get featured in printed publicity. But, low and behold this week, a piece of work from my Folksy shop is in the new brochure out to promote Fashion City York which is happening in a couple of weeks. Am made up!
Had our first sale yesterday! hey
Wow! I had my crochet baby blanket picked as a Folksy Favourite yesterday ( very many thanks for choosing it Folksy) and it sold as did two other items. I’m over the moon 3 items in one day.
Hurrah, I finally got my 10th sale on Folksy today! It’s taken since June 2014 so it’s been a long time coming. Hopefully I can achieve the next 10 a little more quickly as it’s always such a thrill when that mail lands in your inbox telling you something has sold.
Wahoo, I got my 10th sale yesterday and I’m so pleased…I even did a celebratory cartwheel (In my head)
The ‘Three Woodland Friends’ buttons that I stock as supplies in my shop will be featured in a forthcoming edition of Make It Today magazine.
I am absolutely over the moon to have reached 650 sales, a huge thanks to all my lovely customers and to Folksy for being here
My bangle just got featured in ‘gifts for girls’ what a happy surprise…
