I am trying to set up a Stripe account but they wont accept my Bank sort code - any help welcomed !
have you entered it in the correct format- might need/not need the hyphens?
Yes I have tried that - they say it has to be 8 characters
They call them Routing Numbers !?
Miraculously it has now worked - have no idea why ! Thanks for your help
They’re normally 6 numbers, but if you add in 2 hyphens that makes 8 characters.
Whatever it was, at least it’s working now
