As a seller that also sells on Etsy there’s a few things I’d like folksy to emulate
But the main improvement I’d like to see is in the stats it’s really helpful to know which Individual item is receiving attention.
Yes I can see my shop items have been viewed x number of times but if I knew which individual items where getting all the attention it would make it easier to tailor products and see which listings maybe need a rethink
My mistake seems folksy does show numbers for last seven days so it partially offers the info I’d like to see
Have you clicked on the “show items” link underneath the number of your item visits? It shows there which items have been viewed and how many times, for the last 7 days.
If you go onto shop settings there is a space for adding a Google analytics code so you can get more info that way (if you’re set up with Google analytics).
Sorry I wasn’t clear - you can link Google analytics to your folksy shop so it gathers stats about your shop performance. (I believe if you are tech savvy you can set it up to monitor multiple shops on different platforms but I’ve never delved into it that deeply).
