# Trouble uploading

Hello, Im having trouble uploading photographs to my shop over the last two days. Please can anyone help. Ive not had this problem before.

Try clearing your cache, login and try again. I get this at times but normally clears. The dreaded red photo error and line!

Hi thank you but not the dreaded red photo line but just the photo not uploading properly. I have been advised to use the Folksy seller app to upload products and have found it works beautifully. Thank you for replying.
