It doesn’t apply to everything. I sell baby items so it does apply to me.

Thank you. TBH my jewellery is fabric. From what I can make out, it applies to selling to under 12s. I guess the imitation jewellery like food looking etc is what they are targeting, but a disclaimer on the listing stating for adult use only and for some way our delivery service like RM will provide all this information on the forms when we get the labels.
I’m so confused by all this where would I even get jewellery tested
I make polymer clay pieces and some resin jewellery with silver plated and gold plated chains, metals etc

. It’s getting crazy! Yet the amount of landfill junk we get over here, how does it pass tests?
