My last sale was a pretty heart scissor fob
Always puts a smile on my face to see a Folksy order drop into my inbox
These pretty pastel coloured doilies are the last items that I sold on Folksy…
I do have more left in stock.
Sold one of these on the 23rd and immediately someone asked if I was making any more. So I made three more, listed two of them this morning and sold them both (and not to the customer who requested one)! What’s going on? It’s due to be featured in “Landscape” magazine, but that’s not out yet. I’m trying to give up pewter work, but how can I when people keep buying it!?..
Sold these two to a lady in France yesterday. Strangely, one of my greyhound brooches went to France too. Never had a sale to France before, then two on the same day!
I’ve sold two of these today, and I don’t even have any! I’ve had to put them in my shop as “To order” as the brooch has been featured in Landscape Magazine! I knew it was going to be there, it’s just earlier than I thought (November edition)
Haven’t actually seen the feature myself!
Isn’t is strange that something goes that’s not long been there for sale, yet there’s a whole shopful of other stuff that’s been there for ages, gets looked at so often but never bought??
These are two of the last sold items;
