Afternoon Amigos
I have just returned from a few days away and on the journey home had two more sales 
to add to the tally please Max @paperchainsandbeads so I have also dashed down to the post office. When I got back, there were two more sales! Unpaid for, and when I looked, it is for the same items from the same person… which is bizarre as I only make one offs, something must have gone wrong in the system, if I cancel the order, the customer may think I’ve cancelled her order! I shall do it before the end of the month, after she’s recieved her goods I think! It’s too hot to think straight at the moment!

Hello Amigos!
Sorry I have been AWOL for a couple of days, I’m all caught up now.
I had my appointment at the hospital yesterday and they have diagnosed me with Fibromyalgia. Thinking of the positives, at least I now know what it is so know what I am fighting! Now just have to get the correct pain relief so I can start to move forward, have already been to physio and they have given me some exercises to try, so hopefully I will be back creating again soon!! For me that is the most important thing as I think I would go mad if I couldn’t do anything creative!!
In the meantime though, another relist from me:

Jayne @GoRadLou good news that you have a diagnosie. Fibromyalgia is one of those conditions that I’ve heard mentioned a lot, but don’t really know anything about. Hopefully the pain relief will make a huge difference to you.
Glad little Erin seems ok Jacqueline @JAustenJewelleryDesign, just keep an eye on her, as I know you will.
Congratulations on the sales - the Amigos are doing well!
I’ve spent many hours with a paint brush in my hand today, mainly up a ladder. I think I need a long soak in the bath now…

Good morning Amigos, gosh time is romping by ths month. Jayne @GoRadLou, hopefully the meds will help, I have a friedn who has this illness and have heard that baths with epsom salts (Radox powder) help something to do with magnesium?.
This is a slight change from my usual scrapbooks as it has artist qality mixed media paper so perfect for art journaling or painting

Hi Jayne @GoRadLou - glad you’ve got a diagnosis, as you say it’s much easier to deal with when you know what you’re facing. My friend was diagnosed with fibromyalgia about 15 years ago and by now is obviously a bit of an expert - I know she belongs to an online support group - let me know if you’d like me to get the details from her.
I suspect, as with any illness, doing what you can when you can will keep you sane and happy - jewellery was my saviour when I first had my spondylosis diagnosed (in fact it help rehabilitate the nerve damaged to my hand) so keep crafting
