Oh dear Sue @suebeacham what rotten luck to be ill and the holiday a let-down too. Really sorry and hope you start to feel better soon. Flu is hard to get over sometimes. I have the flu jab because I’m asthmatic and so far I’ve escaped this year. Doesn’t always work that way. Can you give yourself a special treat perhaps? Something you really love and guaranteed to buck you up. A sad Snowdrop makes the rest of us flowers droop too … now who’s soppy LOL!

Well, the chemistry set left the kitchen surfaces, floors and children a deep shade of blue! How on earth can two boys make such a mess with so little??? Anyway, all seems to be cleared up and it occupied them for a while on a horrible rainy day. They had a great time.
Can I be very naughty and remind people who may be interested that all my de-stash is at a 50% discount until Friday? Loads of glass, seed and gem beads still available and more besides. I REALLY need the room, so any help will be greatly appreciated.

So glad my cold seems to be gone, but sympathise for those brewing, it feels like it will never go when it’s with you and it’s so miserable!

@stephshortstationery, Steph, I hope you start to feel a little better soon - that fall sounds nasty. I hope colds and flu are getting better for people. I haven’t had a cold this season yet, but I bet I’ve just jinxed that!
I’m exhausted so I’m off to bed - just sneaking in to report a sale (total now 20). I still have loads to sort out in the shop, but tomorrow is another day.

Steph @stephshortstationery, glad to hear there were no breaks but ligaments can be just as painful, take care and a hug for you too :). Morning all. Well fingers crossed I have made some progress regarding photography or at least as far as I’m going to with the equipment at my disposal! Now I’ve got to actually re take photos of all my stock. I think it’s going to take a while.
Two more sales to report Natalie @NOfkantsCurios, taking me to 4 this month and to my 150 folksy milestone - whoop, whoop!
Nothing much new to show as I am waiting on a couple of orders before I can get making again but I have this card holder in need of love.

Just been out to my little car to drop my middle one off at work to find not only was the driver door lock frozen, but that the passenger door itself was frozen shut! Eeek! Luckily hubbies car was on the drive, he had come in from night shift at 6.30 this morning, so the car was completely ice free! Yay!
Good thing as otherwise he would have been late for work. He had been going to walk to work, but I offered as not working myself today, thank goodness hubbies car was available! LOL!
