Hey everyone, I know this has probably been covered several times before. I have a customer who is struggling to pay with PayPal. I’m still waiting to hear if he is able to pay using a direct invoice but if that doesn’t work is there anything else I can do? It seems like I may lose this one if this attempt fails 
I have just made your bath fizzers, they need to dry over night so I’ll post them in the morning. I hope your friend enjoys them

I had a customer without paypal who sent a cheque, then I sent the item? Takes a little longer but at least your customer is happy. You then mark the item as paid for on your dashboard. Rx

@LouiseGraceJewellery Louise I had a customer (USA) who didn’t want to use Paypal at all so I listed on E and she was able to go ahead with Direct Checkout, worth a try if you have to to save losing a customer?

Having one of those days where nothing seems to get done. Had a whole day to myself and have only achieved one scarf…not sure what else Ive been doing!

Great minds obviously think alike, the hats I used were brand new though. I have had so many emails from all over the world asking me to make more of my hats, better get busy sourcing affordable supplies!

Congrats on all those sales 
My customer still couldn’t pay for his order and decided it was more hastle than it was worth so I had to delete the order. Thanks for your help on it anyway.
Been working on 1 of 2 custom orders today, not Folksy orders though but lots of sawing and filing
