What a good idea for a post! I love butterflies and see them as a symbol of the height of summer. For me, they epitomise a true beautiful day! I created a range of wedding stationery to reflect this with the idea that the invitations would bring a little bit of sunshine for people’s big day!

Here is my beautiful butterfly! I took this photograph in the garden and love the way the light has caught the buddleia leaves, flower and the wings of the tortoise shell butterfly. It’s part of my Nature greeting card range, which focuses on the English countryside & its wildlife. It comes as a set of four cards that also include ladybirds, bees & a spiral snail shell.
