Hi Sandy it is a bit confusing when you first start out isn’t it.

If you go to your shop and find the front page pic of the listing you want to add then right click on that and select Copy Link Address then come back here and paste the link you have just copied. To add a pic go to your shop again and open the listing now. Right click on the pic and select Copy Image, then come back here and click on the chain link icon (4th from the left of the top row) then paste the link you have just copied into the top box then click on Ok.

I hope this is clear and not too confused and good luck with the shop.
