Hi! Me, who am I? Now no one can answer that question is just a few mere words! A brief synopsis would have to be "My name is Sam and am living in Somerset. I am a stay at home Mum in a happy relationship with a very caring and loving man. I have a gorgeous son who amazes me (and drives me slightly nuts!) everyday. Crochet is a passion of mine more so since the birth of my son; although I can still remember my Nan teaching me how to crochet when I was a child. Incidentally, I still have my first granny squares I made with her. Happy memories.

I started crochet as a hobby which has now developed. Last year I spent a lot of time and effort to create HappyHook as you see it today here on Folksy and Facebook. I plan to continuing to develop my little business by regularly adding new items that I create from the many fantastic published crochet designers. I have plans to start adding more of my own designs to my collection too and if possible, publish some. I wish to take my craft on the road but this is a future plan that I am gradually working towards."
