I was brought up surrounded by clay and art and learned everything I know about ceramics from my mum, a traditional apprenticeship literally learning at the master's knee since before I could walk! My birds are all impressions of British birds. I love to watch the real ones in the hedge outside my window, flitting from branch to branch.
