I have been asked to make a pin by a friend so I’m looking into prices but was thinking an arty pin might be nice could make it a bit colourful and sparkly.

Hehe Rachel @Glehcar. My 18 year old daughter had to have a scan of one of her lymph nodes recently, she so wanted to tweet “just going for my scan smiley-face heart” but restrained herself incase any elderly relatives heard about it

My god, where has this month gone, it’s flew by. Looking forward to May and seeing more of all your amazing work. Such talent on here, maybe Folksy should organise a craft fair and have us all exhibit there, wouldn’t that be something spectacular. Here’s my last one for the month.

Thank you peeps for you kind concerns! I am a bit down and no apparent reason for it that I can put my finger on, but I am alive and in the grand scheme of things, do not have problems or issues of such magnitude to feel sorry for myself. Thinking of all those poor people in Nepaul for example, I need to,pull myself together!

As Jacqueline mentioned, we did indeed have my son’s 17th birthday this weekend, it was lovely to see Jacqueline and her lovely family to help us celebrate with Simon.
I hope to keep popping in in May! And try to be present and maybe even get back into my crafting, which has sorely been lacking of late.

Hope you’re soon feeling better Natalie, I think we all have times when lots of small niggles accumulate to leave us feeling down without knowing why, take it as easy as you can (difficult with work & family to sort out I know) and hopefully it will pass quickly. Hope your son had a great birthday (we celebrated our daughter’s 21st just after Easter where do those years go!!) xxxx
