Sorry to hear your house buying/selling has been such an ordeal @JAustenJewelleryDesign. One never ceases to be amazed at some people’s behaviour, especially when it comes to money! I echo others’ sentiments and hope you find somewhere even better and get a better deal all round

Can anyone help? usually when I plug my iphone into the computer it uploads all my photos , but this evening it is refusing to look for any new pics, it is still synchronising other data , so not sure what is up with it . Is there any other way of getting the pics in my phone onto my computer? Thanks

Deborah, you could try to access them via your file search, when plugged in go to your file explorer and you should see your phone listed in the drives, if it’s only a few you can send them via message to your e-mail too

Thanks Max , I have been using my phone for all my pics recently - will have to wait for my technical support to return from London , or I will probably muck something up irritrievably. I will go back to using my SLR.

Sometimes my mobile won’t let me see my photos if I access it as a mobile phone on the pc. But it let’s me see them if I say it’s a storage device. Bit strange I know but that could be happening.

Jacqueline @JAustenJewelleryDesign I am so sorry about your awful experiences with house buying/selling. We had the same happen to us 10 years ago and I remember what a horrible time it was, I bumped into the woman who had let us down (and made us lose our house we were buying) shortly after so I stopped and gave her a piece of my mind … it’s not like me at all but I was so angry with her and her lies. I hope things sort out quickly for you and the Estate Agents pull their finger out and give you extra attention now xx
