Hi Steph @stephshortstationery loving the butterflies. I’m not doing too bad, in the process of trying to get some help to look after Dad, who’ll be 93 this year, he’s not doing too bad but has started to have the occasional fall, so Age UK are sending someone out to see what aids can be put in place for him.

Hi Steph @stephshortstationery my Dad is doing ok for his age apart from the fact that his aortic stenosis is progressing giving him chest pain on exertion and making him short of breath, but he’s very stoic and soldiers on without complaining, bless him.
