Hope you enjoyed the horse riding - I used to ride a lot when I was younger and then started going again with my daughter until I fell off over a jump and realised that I wasn’t insured and as I was self employed I’d be in trouble if i really hurt myself and couldn’t work so I had to give it up!
Jacqueline @JAustenJewelleryDesign - I’m not far from you now, you could come for a break here but I fear it would be a busman’s holiday as I am up to my neck in moving things around so I can get some building work done! Hope Erin feels better soon and your two Emma @TheCornishCoasterCompany
Steph @stephshortstationery - I know - all my shelving units and wardrobes are from IKEA and they are very sturdy. Sort of found a kitchen but then found one I preferred at 40% off at Wickes so probably going with that. Its on next day delivery too so am hoping the builder will be able to crack on with it straight after he has built the dividing wall.
Been busy all day shopping and clearing space for the builder. Did manage to find some curtains on sale at Dunelm reduced from £95 to £25 so well pleased with that purchase
Nothing new here, will try and dig out a re list later if I get a chance.
On the IKEA front, we bought our kitchen from them! It compares very favourably with the much more expensive one that I’d installed in the previous house, and has loads of great features.
A great bit of bargain shopping Roz @OrchardFelts. Hope your builder can get your kitchen fitted quickly.
Emma @TheCornishCoasterCompany Happy Birthday, although I guess not what you were hoping for. Hope your family are better soon.
Kim @KBCreations Enjoy your second week off.
My daughter got an IKEA wardrobe for her flat recently - I was really impressed with what she got for the money - great value.
I’ve been out with my WI group for a Pimms picnic in the park. A lovely evening, although it got a bit nippy.
Morning all, currently on the early train back to Newcastle from Edinburgh after a couple of days at the fringe.
I have another sale to report Max @paperchainsandbeads
Good morning all
Awwwww I hope poorly peeps and family’s feel better soon definitely think something horrible is going around at the moment. My partner has gone off to work today even though he still isn’t well. His manager was abit unsympathetic with him taking the day off yesterday.
I love ikea. Have found some brilliant bits in there over the years. Including a large book shelf that I have had for nearly 16years now.
Im off to my sisters now. Travel is abit annoying due to the strikes and most of Croydon having Road works.
I was hoping to list a new bag today, but it all went wrong so I have to re-think it. There’s always something new to learn isn’t there? So I have listed these hearts instead and will be back later to see how you all are. I’m really enjoying all your beautiful makes and all your news! https://folksy.com/items/6887746-Pair-of-door-hanger-hearts-in-pink-and-grey
Good morning Amigos
A quick visit fom me today as I’m off out soon to visit my daughter and granddaughter so won’t be around until later.
I have just re listed this little dolly bag
Morning all. A new pair of earrings from me today. Feeling sore from my cycling efforts yesterday- I’ll have to try and stay on my feet today! Back later to read and love.
Morning all!
A bit chilly here today, I’ve noticed that over the last month or so it’s definately getting darker on a morning when I’m up…ahem…early! Used to be light and bright at 4.30 but now it’s quite dark.
Lisa @sweetpyroangel hope you enjoyed the fringe and Edinburgh, we love Scotland we nearly always up there. On hols at the same time as the fringe is on, but sadly couldn’t afford hols this year😫 Oh managed a camping night in glencoe though so he at least, got some photography done.
Here’s mine today
Belated birthday cake Emma @TheCornishCoasterCompany hope you are all feeling better X
