Nothing specific at the moment but am running out of a few colours so may want a selection - will have to go through what I have and decide from there. No rush - I have enough for my needs at the moment and if the sales fairy doesn’t visit soon I won’t be able to get (or need!) any more!

Morning everyone, I’m back from a 2 day trip to the lakes. We walked up Cat Bells on Sunday (it’s only a short walk but I’d forgotten how much of a slog it is to the top) and then visited Blackwell House (a truly awesome Arts and Crafts house well worth a visit if you’re ever near Windermere https://www.blackwell.org.uk/) yesterday.

Didn’t get a chance to say, had an appointment with orthapedic surgeon, and to be honest the waiting and X-ray took longer than my consultation with him …not even five mins ! Nothing they can do with my foot and both stress fractures in it, so no relieve as yet and no relieve of the back injury due to the foot…he ho eh???
